Everything you need to know about CinderApps marketing infrastructure.
Most martech tools are built as point solutions designed for marketers, with engineering and reliability as afterthoughts. CinderApps is infrastructure first—built by distributed systems engineers with the same rigor as cloud computing platforms. We don't wrap third-party APIs; we build every layer of the stack in-house. This means sub-50ms latency, 99.99% uptime, exactly-once delivery guarantees, and the ability to scale to billions of events per day without degradation.
For standard enterprise deployments, you can be ingesting data and running basic automations within 1-2 weeks. Full implementation with custom rules, attribution models, and integrations typically takes 4-6 weeks. Our solutions engineering team works directly with your data and engineering teams throughout the process. We provide comprehensive SDKs, pre-built connectors, and infrastructure-as-code templates to accelerate deployment.
We have native, maintained connectors for 50+ platforms including all major ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter), analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks), cloud storage, and custom webhooks. We add new connectors every month based on customer demand, and our webhook ingestion supports any custom data source you need.
We use exactly-once delivery semantics throughout our entire pipeline, which means no duplicate events and no missing events. Our data quality layer continuously monitors for anomalies, schema changes, and discrepancies between source systems and our data. We provide reconciliation reports that match platform-reported numbers down to the individual event. Unlike many tools that use at-least-once delivery and then deduplicate later, our stream processing layer guarantees correctness from ingestion through processing.
We are SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant, and undergo annual third-party penetration testing. We support GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliant deployments. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We offer SSO/SAML integration, SCIM provisioning, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging. For enterprise customers with strict requirements, we offer private cloud deployments and dedicated infrastructure options.
Yes. While most customers use our managed SaaS offering, we offer private cloud deployments in your AWS, GCP, or Azure account for enterprise customers with strict data residency or security requirements. We also support air-gapped on-premises deployments for regulated industries. Our team manages the software and updates while your data never leaves your infrastructure.
All customers get dedicated solutions engineering support during onboarding. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 support with a 15-minute SLA for critical issues, a dedicated technical account manager, and direct access to our engineering team. We don't use tiered support that routes you through level 1 agents—when you have a technical issue, you talk directly to an engineer who built the system. We also provide shared Slack channels for enterprise customers.
Pricing is primarily based on events processed per month, with volume discounts at scale. We don't charge by seat, by connector, or by feature—all platform capabilities are included in every plan. Enterprise plans include dedicated support, custom SLAs, and private deployment options. Contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your event volume and requirements. We offer free trials and proof-of-concept deployments so you can validate the platform before committing.
Absolutely. Every feature in the platform is accessible via our REST and gRPC APIs. We provide official SDKs for TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and Go, with community support for other languages. Our APIs are versioned with a strict backwards compatibility policy—we never break existing integrations. We also provide webhooks for event-driven integrations, and you can stream data directly to your systems via Kafka or Pub/Sub.
Our standard enterprise SLA is 99.99% uptime, with financial penalties if we fall below that. Our multi-region active-active architecture is designed for zero downtime during deployments and can tolerate entire region outages without service disruption. Our historical uptime is 99.997% and we publish real-time status at status.cinderapps.com. For customers with the strictest requirements, we offer 99.995% uptime SLAs with dedicated infrastructure.
